This will assist us in obtaining a valuation that we believe will obtain the best possible price for you. We must mention that this suggested valuation figure will be arrived at without the benefit of a structural survey or any knowledge of potentially onerous restrictions upon Legal Title; moreover, it is given to you for your own purposes on the understanding that we cannot accept liability to any third party.
